Meet Eric Hernandez. Eric is our President and Projects Manager. Eric is married to Ashley Hernandez and they have three children together: Eli, Noah, and Caleb. Eric is a 2005 graduate of Lampasas High School. After high school Eric began working for an electrical company in Copperas Cove where, in 2007, he earned his electrical license. In 2007 Eric opened a construction company where he mostly focused on residential remodels (flip and sell). In 2011 Eric started an electrical contracting business where he and his team conducted electrical work throughout the Texas Hill Country. All through Eric’s tenure of operating an electrical contracting business Eric continued running his construction company. In 2016 Eric sold his electrical contracting business and began serving his community as a Texas Peace Officer for the Lampasas Police Department while continuing to operate his construction company. In 2021 Eric gave up his role as a Police Officer and solely focused on building new homes and commercial finish outs. Eric has completed hundreds of residential and commercial projects as an electrician, home remodeler, and homebuilder in Central Texas and his knowledge of the construction industry brings value to the customers and subcontractors of Milagro Homes.

Meet Justin Wilson. Justin is our Vice President and Field Operations Manager. Justin is married to Sarah Wilson and together they have four children: Kade, Kooper, Kace, and Tess. Justin is a 2004 graduate of Lampasas High School. After high school Justin attended Sol Ross University before coming back home and working for his late wife’s father as an electrician where, in 2007, he obtained his electrical license. Justin hung up his tool belt in 2010 and began building new homes while serving his community as a Texas Peace Officer at Lampasas County Sheriff’s Office as a Sheriff’s Deputy where he eventually earned his Advanced Proficiency certificate. Justin eventually gave up his role as a deputy and solely focused on building homes. Justin has completed hundreds of projects as an electrician and homebuilder in Central Texas and he brings an immense amount of construction knowledge to the customers of Milagro Homes. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better guy than Justin, he treats all of our customers like a best friend and family member.
